Ribbed panels

Architectural cladding designer

To suit architects’ requirements, we offer systems that permit a high level of originality while remaining simple to make and install with cost in mind. Ribbing at variable intervals and heights, different shapes and a variety of materials make up a limited range of façade cladding and roofing materials.

Architects and clients are entitled to expect faultless results. Over the course of our 50 years of experience, we have developed a wide range of attachment systems. In partnership with the European leaders in the industry, we offer fasteners that guarantee the highest quality assembly.

The use of ribbed panels

Wave panels are wave profile metal panels used mainly for roofs, terraces, flooring and exterior cladding. Wave panels are robust, lightweight, weather-resistant and practical. Tolartois specialises in the manufacture of metal roofing constructions, metal cladding, metal wave panel terraces and flooring for all applications. We can produce metal panels using practically any material and to any thickness.

Which sizes are your ribbed panels available in?

Most commonly, the dimensions of wave profile materials can vary between very thin 30-gauge (0.012 inch, 0.3 mm) and a relatively thick 6-gauge (0.1943 inch, 4.94 mm). Thicker or thinner gauges can also be produced. Other materials such as plastic or fibre glass also have a wave profile appearance.
